If items ordered are in stock, they will be shipped within 3 business days. All items ordered which are not in stock will be placed on back-order and shipped as soon as available. If you require delivery by a certain date, please indicate this on your order and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Shipping charges are based on the actual UPS/mail costs plus a nominal handling fee.

We only shup to the US within the contiguous 48 states.

Return & Exchange Information

We want you (and your dolls!) to be pleased with the items you have ordered. Customers are offered a money-back satisfaction guarantee ONLY if merchandise is returned within 30 days of shipment. Please include a copy of the shipping document stating why the item is being returned and if you would like an exchange or refund.

Patterns are not returnable unless defective - and then for replacement only. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded on returned items. Items must be returned to us postpaid (insure it for your own benefit); CODs will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must not be used or altered in any way. If an returned item is in perfect condition and can be resold but must be repackaged, a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

Damaged Shipments or Errors on Invoice:

Sometimes merchandise is damaged in shipping and once in a while, we make a mistake and pull the wrong item. If you should receive your order and it has been damaged in some way or we have goofed, PLEASE call us immediately. Have your invoice copy available. DO NOT SHIP DAMAGED OR WRONG MERCHANDISE BACK WITHOUT CALLING US FIRST!!.
